Scope of Project

The complete design of all areas of the factory to meet with the output requirements. By working with Scheff's management, we provided layouts and detailed designs for all aspects of the project including wall floors and services. We then assisted in locating and purchasing suitable premises which would meet the designs. This included preparing the necessary planning application and surveys. In addition, we advised on the choice of contract to be used and organised the tendering process. Once the work on site had commenced we acted as contract administrators and supervising officers to ensure all aspects of the contract ran smoothly. Transfer of existing equipment was co-ordinated to ensure the minimum operational downtime. To facilitate this the new cold store was completed earlxy to enable sufficient stock to be produced to cover a shut down period of 10 days.
