Experience

On leaving university Ivan worked in the food manufacturing industry in various technical, production and project management positions for 15 years. During this time he gained a wealth of experience in the many different processing techniques as well as the requirements for the construction and management of modern premises. As a director of Foodesco Ltd. Ivan has now added a furtherĀ 35 years to his experience in the designing and building of food manufacturing premises. His knowledge covers all areas of the industry, including meat, fish and poultry processing, baking, ready meal manufacturing, sandwich production, fresh salad and fruit processing. He is regularly in touch with the Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association and local authority Environmental Health Officers. Thereby gaining intimate knowledge of the requirements current and proposed UK and EEC legislation.
